It also depends on the water!
In principle: Always use fresh water when making tea and make sure you use the optimum brewing time. With the BRU tea maker, you can set exactly the right temperature and time for the different types of tea you drink!
But did you know that if you boil water in the kettle several times or for too long, this changes the chemical compounds in the water and makes your tea taste different, often even worse? If the water is boiled again or for too long reduces the dissolved gas content, which makes your tea less aromatic. Again, using a BRU Maker One tea maker helps to get the best possible tea every time. Plus, our tea maker is a lot more environmentally friendly than conventional kettles as it doesn't waste water & uses less energy!
The right brewing time and temperature
Brewing time and temperature are particularly important for the taste of your tea! Oolong and white tea only need 1-3 minutes brewing time at 70 - 80°C, green tea about 3 minutes at 80 - 85°C and herbal infusions taste best after 5-7 minutes brewing time at 90 - 100°C. A BRU tea machine makes the brewing process fully automatic, with precisely adjustable brewing time and temperature. No comparison to the mess that occurs when using a kettle!
Is tea the better coffee?
You won't experience a "caffeine crash" when drinking tea and will have more consistent energy levels thanks to the antioxidants in each cup that slow down caffeine absorption.
