BRU subscriptions

BRU filter & BRU tea subscription

With our BRU filter subscription you get 30% discount on every filter and with the BRU tea subscription you get 20% discount on every tea you buy in the subscription.

Both subscriptions are open-ended, have no minimum term and can be paused or canceled at any time via the BRU customer portal.

 

BRU carefree subscription

The BRU Carefree subscription is unlimited and has a minimum term of 6 months - it is purchased in conjunction with the BRU tea machine.

It includes the one-off BRU Maker One for €199 and for €15/month you receive a type of tea of your choice every month, as well as a BRU water filter every other month.

As long as your Carefree subscription is active, we will extend the product warranty of the BRU Maker Ones. See also our General Terms and Conditions section 21.1.6

The BRU Carefree subscription can only be paused during the 6-month minimum term by suspending individual payments. It can only be canceled after 6 payments have been made. Please also refer to section 21 of our General Terms and Conditions.

 

Manage subscriptions

Click on the following link to access the login form. After entering your e-mail address, you will receive access to your subscription portal by e-mail. The BRU customer account also gives you access to the subscription portal.
