Product and application
Can I test the device before I buy it?
Yes, we offer a test phase of 30 days during which you can test the device at home without obligation.
If you find during this period that the device does not meet your expectations or you do not like it, you can return it to us. The following conditions apply to returns during the trial period:

- All accessories supplied must be complete and undamaged
- The original packaging must be present

How much tea can I make?
You can prepare different quantities of tea in your BRU Maker One . The smallest amount of tea that can be prepared
is 100 ml and can be increased in increments of 50 ml. The maximum amount of tea you can prepare directly is 350 ml.
You can also prepare larger quantities of tea by using the multi-brew mode. This mode allows you to brew up to 1.4 liters of tea. The tea is brewed and served in several infusions one after the other.
What temperature parameters can I set?
You can adjust the temperature parameters in your appliance according to your needs and the type of tea. The settings range from room temperature (unheated water) to boiling water. The temperature steps are 5°C. You can set the desired temperature in 5°C increments from 45°C to boiling point.
In summary: room temperature (unheated), 45°C, 50°C .... 95°C and 100°C
What brewing time can I set?
You can use different time settings in your BRU Maker One . The shortest time that can be set is 10 seconds. You can increase the steeping time in steps of 10 seconds to up to 10 minutes. From 10 minutes onwards, you can increase the time in 1-minute increments up to a maximum setting of 60 minutes.
Which water filter should I use?
We recommend that you only use the original BRU filters.
We strongly recommend that you always use a water filter.
Is the BRU Maker a replacement for my kettle?
Yes, absolutely! With the BRU Maker, you can easily extract hot or filtered water at the press of a button. You can predefine the amount of water or start and stop the process manually. You can draw up to 3 liters of hot water from the machine.

The delivery time of your order depends on your location. As a rule, the delivery time within Germany and Switzerland is only 1-2 working days. For international orders it can take a little longer, usually between 3-7 working days.
